Experiencing God Course


Tuesdays, 6:30–8:00 PM | Sept 2- November 18

Location: Sanctuary | 12 Weeks


Join us this fall for a 12-week Experiencing God course, beginning Tuesday, Sept 2. Each session includes teaching, discussion, and video-based lessons designed to help us grow deeper in our relationship with God. The final half-hour of each session will be dedicated to prayer.

We have 20 older-edition workbooks available at a discounted rate of $11 (first come, first served). Please select "non-deductable goods received" on giving page for this purchase!


After those are gone, students can purchase the updated edition on Amazon (approx. $21.99). This will be an ORANGE BOOK you're looking for. There are different versions and workbooks out there, please be sure to order the ORANGE book.


Scholarships are available for anyone needing assistance.

SMALL GROUP: tHE bAIT oF sATAN

Meets each Monday at 6:30 p.m. beginning Oct. 20th


The Bait of Satan by John Bevere & the study is on the topic of offense. Bevere shows us how to identify the traps ahead & to escape the victim mentality. It deals with:


  • Past hurts
  • Fighting thoughts of suspicion or distrust
  • Compelled that one needs to tell their side of the story
  • losing hope because of what someone did, etc.


The book can be purchased through Amazon.

Moms: Strong with Christ


Leaning into the Lord, gaining confidence in motherhood, and empowering moms to walk in the calling God has placed on their lives.

God has placed a vision on our hearts to support both new and expecting mothers in our church and community — not just with fellowship, but with practical guidance, encouragement, and biblical truth. This group is open to first-time moms and seasoned moms alike. Every new baby brings a new season, and each season is different.


We’ll meet the first Saturday of each month, 9:00–11:00 AM (subject to change if needed)  at Journey Church. Light refreshments will be served. We’ll also explore occasional weekday meetups based on group interest.


These gatherings will offer:

  • Fellowship with other moms in similar seasons
  • Practical help on topics like car seat safety, feeding, and preparing for baby
  • Encouragement from Scripture and discussion on Christ-centered motherhood
  • Resource sharing (clothes, toys, tips) and ongoing support via our Facebook group
  • Space for honest conversations about challenges like postpartum changes, feeding struggles, and unmet expectations

Coffee With Sisters


Ladies! 

Are you looking for some fellowship time with your sisters in Christ?? Where you can get together, relax with other faith-filled women, chat, encourage, offer support, hear wisdom, laugh, pray, get to know each other, build friendships, have some coffee, and just enjoy hanging out for a bit?!
